Missions Ministry

Faith Church exists to “make disciples of all nations.” To move us toward the realization of this vision, we prioritize three categories of missional efforts:

Mobilizing our members to show the love and share the message of Jesus Christ, especially among the least, the last, and the lost in our community and in surrounding cities.

Church planting in our state and throughout our nation.

Partnering with individuals and organizations who are taking the gospel to the unreached people groups of the world.

Each week, Faith Center transforms into a warm and friendly cafe where struggling families and individuals can have a special night out. Guests are served a good wholesome home cooked meal.  Please come and join us each Thursday from 5:00-6:30 pm for good food, great conversation, and the laughter of children. RSVP by calling the church office at 727-391-0596.

Good News Club

Good News Club® is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship in which trained volunteers meet with children with their parent’s permission in an after-school Bible club. This action-packed time also includes songs, Scripture memory, a mission story, and other activities focused on the lesson’s theme. We have the privilege of serving schools in our area. Contact Kim for more information.

Operation: Military Matters

Operation: Military Matters was started in November 2015, as part of a fourth grade school gifted project by nine-year-old Graci Tubbs.

After hearing and seeing veterans speak at a school Veterans Day assembly, Graci felt the need to support our military and let the men and women sacrificing their lives for us, know people back home cared about them. What started out as a school project collecting supplies from the community and sending care packages from home to the military overseas grew into a nonprofit. Find out more at Operation: Military Matters or follow on Facebook.

Honduras Mission Trip

Every year our church sends a team to Honduras. In 2018, our team outreached to the people through New Hope Clinic. Each week, Dr. Davila and the team at New Hope Clinic see 100 - 110 patients who would have no other health care. We were able to provide medical services, flip flops, health kits, soap, toothbrushes, and other gifts so desperately needed by the local villages.

Dr Davila will be at Faith Church on Tuesday, February 12 at 1:00pm. Please come meet him and hear about this wonderful ministry.

The 2019 team is coming together nicely. The trip is schedules for July 7-14, 2019. There is still room for if you would like to join us. Contact Kim for more information.
