Community Care

Our Community Care Ministry helps facilitate church-wide events and provides prayer and pastoral care for members of the Faith family who are experiencing difficult stages of life. If you have a heart for serving people during their moments of greatest need, then this is the ministry for you!

To get involved in the Community Care Ministry, please contact Fran Darling at the church office, 727-391-0596.

Connection Groups

The two most important things we need in any given week are: to stay connected to God through his Word and to stay connected to each other. Enter Connection Groups, Faith Church's small group ministry. Every semester, we offer a wide variety of Connection Group options.

If you are interested in becoming a Connection Group Leader, please contact Dillon Thornton.

Creative Arts Ministry-01.jpg

Creative Arts Ministry

Our Creative Arts Team seeks to enhance and promote the various ministries of Faith Community Church. We serve in the areas of visual arts, social media, video production, interior and set design, and special event coordination.

If you would like to get involved in the Creative Arts Ministry, please contact Jamie Thornton.

God has blessed Faith Church with a beautiful piece of property, located just minutes from the beach, and a multipurpose facility. The Facilities Team is charged with the responsibility of maintaining our property and ensuring that our facility serves our church-wide vision of “making disciples of all nations.” If you have handyman or landscaping skills, or simply a willingness to donate your time to cleaning a rain gutter, get connected to the Facilities Ministry. You might even get to drive the golf cart …

If you would like to get involved in the Facilities Ministry, please contact Eric Butler.

God’s Special Friends

God’s Special Friends is an exciting time of fellowship and worship for those with special needs. The group gathers on Wednesday nights at 6:15 and periodically throughout the year for themed parties, VBS, and camps.

If you would like to get involved in our Special Needs Ministry, please contact Linda Duart.

Our Hospitality Team is responsible for welcoming people on Sunday mornings, staffing our Connection Center, helping guests learn their way around our campus, and so much more. Our goal is to create a lasting impression on everyone who sets foot on our campus; we want them to leave saying, “The people of Faith Church are overflowing with the love of Jesus.”

If you are interested in serving on the Hospitality Team, contact the church office.

Faith Church exists to "make disciples of all nations." Our mission is to mobilize our members to show the love and share the message of Jesus Christ in our community, surrounding cities, and throughout the world. Join us as we partner with individuals and organizations who are taking the gospel to the unreached people groups of the world. Or get connected to one of our local mission projects, such as Faith Cafe, Good News Club, Harvest Celebration, the Interfaith Food Pantry, or Operation Military Matters. As Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” We’re praying for the Lord to send out more laborers into his harvest!

If you would like to get involved in Local or Global Missions, please contact Kim Gunthner.

Student Ministry

Our Student Ministry focuses on teaching and modeling servant leadership; we want our middle school and high school students to embrace the words of Jesus, “Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be a slave of all.” We model the gospel through life-on-life discipleship, weekly small groups and student worship, and other special events. And we’re always looking for co-laborers in the truth!

If you would like to get involved in our Student Ministry, please contact Justin Halog.

Our worship ministry exists to point our church family to the Lord Jesus Christ. Worship is not about us; it’s all about Him! We sing both current and historic music and strive to foster an environment filled with God's Spirit and Truth. We don't consider ourselves leaders, but rather vessels through which God works to bring joy to His people and a beautiful sound to His ears.

If you are interested in joining the Worship Ministry, contact Brian Wyant.

The Audio Visual Team provides lyrics, sound reenforcement, and lighting to enhance the worship experience. Whether you are new to church or have every hymn memorized we are here to help you focus on worshiping God and learning his word.

If you are interested in joining the Auto Visual Team, contact John Ward.
